SOUS CHEFS with Experience

We are looking for SOUS CHEFS with Experience. You should have a good English level, previous restaurant and catering experience, excellent knife skills, formal education in Culinary Arts, administration experience, operations experience and have good work references. You will work but not limited to BOH, on the line, assisting with prep, catering, dish creation, and elaboration. Also, assist with kitchen staff training, ordering, inventory, quality control, food dispatching, FOH relations, collaborating and assisting on daily operations to the Executive Chef. You should have a passion for cooking, work well under pressure, follow directions and give direction well, be a team player, resourceful, creative, organized, punctual, hardworking, a leader, and approachable.
